  Being a lover of all things Mac, I just had to stop in at a store called Experimac. I was not disappointed. This is Federal Way's first Mac store and it is a smorgasbord of Mac products. I happened to need an iPhone cord and they had one (as well as the charger) at a price that was cheaper than what I would have found in other towns around the area. The personnel were extraordinarily knowledgeable and friendly. This store has so much going for it! I am ecstatic that it is calling Federal Way home.

  Every service encounter with either, Gordon, Justin or Victor has Always been with Positive beneficial results. They are patient, courteous, & resourceful. HIGHLY professional. !

  I find the store assistants helpful and friendly. They had to wait for the parts to repair my iWatch but that was Apple being tardy. They are knowledgeable. I will continue to do business with them.
