  So I went to there to trade in a game. Came back home and played a different one then I started realizing that I had a lot of fun with this game and that I played it every night. So then I made it in my mind that I need to go up there so I can get it back. It should be no problem. Next day comes around I didn't have no ride to take me up there so I had to walk all the way up there to 2 different gamestop because when I asked them for another game they had, They said we don't have it but the one outside the mall does. So anyways I walked to that gamestop first thinking everything should go smooth and I should get my game. They said that since the game is over there that you able to get it back. So I walked over to the commons mall one where I had originally traded in for credit. So when I told them that can I get it back and I'll give you the credit back, They said No because I sign this contract. I told them I didn't know of that and they said well it's my own fault and that I should have known. I've had lots of problems with that gamestop and this one was probably one of the worst other than bad service. I honestly deal with bad service every time I go up there but you know what? It's ok. I don't see good for that gamestop if they are going to be acting like that.

  I purchased an XBox one from this Game Stop on Saturday after Christmas. I was only going to get the bundle for 349.99. They sold me on the Kinnect and told me that every one that purchases it without comes back and buys the Kinnect. That's fine Ill spend the extra 100.00 no big deal. So walking out of there spending 592.00 on the system, 1 game and X Box live for a year. I was really happy and satisfied with the customer service. I get home and start taking things out of the bag and notice that I have no receipt in any of my bags or with the change I got back from the store. This is probably because it was closing time and they were too worried about rolling down the gate door and rushing us out of there. I call the next morning as soon as they open to let them know and they tell me there is no way to get a duplicate copy of the receipt and I should have come right back to the store. I explained that wasn't possible since I didn't notice the receipt wasn't in the bag like I had requested till I got home. I told him that I was having some issues with the system and he basically told me the following..... -The system is yours now. -Called me a liar in regards to not getting a receipt. -Told me if I am having issues I can deal with Microsoft and it is no longer in their hands. This made me so happy that I spent 600.00 of my hard earned money with them. Then told me they would not give me their names for a complaint to corporate. AVOID THIS GAME STOP AND GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE. BETTER YET HEAD OVER TO FRYS.
