  I typically don't like to give bad reviews unless I am sure about the service or product I received was indeed the worst. If there was an option for zero stars I would definatelly opt for that. Called ahead of time spoke with Ashley about getting a signature stamp done. She asured me this "Could be done on the spot and that they were dead" so I drove from Easthill Kent to this Federal Way Office Depot location in traffic because I needed this stamp the same day. I get there and go directly to Ashley, she has me sign on a blank piece of paper, and less than 5 seconds later tells me "Oh I cant get this done for you our machine is down" as I was reminded her I had called ahead for this another gentleman tried fixing it and as I waited Ashley and a female co-worker are gigling about the fact that the machine is down right in front of me. By far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! at the end the machine never worked and I wasted about an hour and a half of my day in front of 2 very unprofessional Office Depot employees. Needless to say NEVER will I step foot in an Office Depot again!

  I don't normally post reviews, but was so impressed by Joe's help today getting me a new printer. He honored every sale item and made my shopping experience incredibly pleasant. Wonderful employees that seem to genuinely care about the customer experience.
