  I had guests coming to town and had to buy a bunk bed for our guest bedroom. I found Quality Furniture to have excellent customer service. I had been searching for the ideal bunk bed at different stores all day and got to the store right before closing. Luckily, they had the item I wanted in stock. Due to the fact that I was traveling out of town the next day, I needed it to be delivered that evening. Without hesitation they accommodated my request and one of the staff even drove me to their warehouse a couple miles away in his own truck to get it to my house that night. To top it off, my car wouldn't start and luckily he new the auto mechanic in the shop right next door was still there, even though they were closed, he walked me over and asked the auto guy to help me out. All I can say is that was Amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out. I fully support local businesses and my experience with Quality Furniture is why.
