  I bought two phones one week ago and I've already had to go back to the store 3x's. It may have been a good deal or price for the plan but definitely not worth the headache. The employees, although friendly, knew very little about procedure or regulations. They couldn't answer my questions and when they did, their answers were wrong. I had Sprint for many years before this and i had a bad experience then. I decided to give them another shot and yet again they failed. Never again.
