  My husband paid his prepaid AT&T bill at this store in cash. He should have been suspicious when the agent said that the printer wasn't working, but since he had paid his bill there in the past, with no problem, he left without a receipt. When his phone shut off two days later he assumed that it must be a mistake and stopped by the store. He was told that he needed to speak with the manager and he wasn't in the store, so he should come back the next day. When he went back he was told the same thing. After trying every day for almost a week, the guy working told him that there was no manager and there was nothing they would do. So I suggest that you avoid this store. The service is bad and they aren't trustworthy. BTW after calling AT&T corporate and being on the line for over two hours I got zero satisfaction. It looks like the authorized agents can do this because AT&T doesn't care or stand behind their products. So I give AT&T less than one star.
